Courses dates: Cookery Courses
Guests arrive at Chateau Soussac
on Monday afternoon,
the courses run from Tuesday morning through to Thursday afternoon.
Guests depart on Friday morning.
Stephan prepares a 5 course dinner each evening of the course for guests to enjoy at Chateau Soussac. The cost four nights accommodation with breakfast, 4 dinners, 3 light lunches, cookery course, visits to the market and wine chateau is €750 per person sharing.
Guests can arrive and stay at Chateau Soussac before the cookery course commences, or stay after the cookery course is finished, at our normal room rates.
Cookery Course Dates
The first week in every month. For groups (minimum 4 people) courses can be arranged for the dates of their choice.
If guests would like a day only cookery course, with a particular culinary theme, this can be arranged for the date of their choice. Price for an individual one day cookery day course, including light lunch is €150.00 per person plus accommodation, minimum of 2 persons.
Wine Courses
Daily wine courses can be arranged, by appointment. The courses are adapted to individual personal requirements knowledge levels and specific interests in wine making, production and wine tasting.
Price for a 1 day wine tasting course including lunch and a Chateau visit is €150 per person, minimum of 2 persons.
Wine Tours
Tours of the three main regions of Bordeaux are available to guests. These include St Emilion/ Pomerol, Sauterne and the Medoc with tours of the great chateaux of the regions. Prices vary depending on the number in the party and the regions visited, please contact us with your preferred regions and we will arrange an Itinerary together with a cost. Only one region is possible per day.
